RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Refund Exchange

Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may return products purchased directly from Retrocartridges, for a full refund. Retrocartridges will not refund the cost of shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Retrocartridges will not accept refunds for the following items:

Any items that are more than 14 days after delivery
Secondly, an item that is not in its original condition is damaged, show signs of use or is missing parts
Most importantly items that were not purchased directly from Retrocartidges

Exchanges

Within 14 days after a delivery of your order, you may exchange the item(s) purchased directly from Retrocartridges. Retrocartrdiges will not accept exchanges for the following items: (a) any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery; or (b) any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts; or (c) any item that was not purchased directly from Retrocartridges. Opened or unsealed items can be exchanged for the identical item only.

Requesting an exchange/return

To return an item for a refund or exchange, please send the item to the appropriate address listed , along with an explanation of the issue and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

How to deal with the defective item?

Firstly any quality defective, we need you to report to us in 14 days by
photo or video as evidence. Most importantly if they are defective, we
give you a free replacement in the new order or refund money by you
chooses.
